Here are two alcohol-based face masks that you can DIY in less than 10 minutes for a healthy, glowing skin.
#1 Vodka For Glowing Skin
Who says vodka can only be enjoyed with 5 rounds of shots with friends?
It can do great wonders on your skin. Vodka not only helps to brighten your face and tighten your skin, but it also gives your skin that blinding glow!
DIY Vodka FaceMask:
To make a vodka-based face mask, you need:
- 2 tbsp vodka
- 2 tbsp rosewater
- 1 tsp fuller’s earth
- 2-3 drops lemon
Start by mixing vodka and rose water in a 1:1 ratio. Next, add a few drops of lemon and fuller’s earth and stir the mixture well. Apply this face pack on your face and allow it to dry naturally. Wash off with lukewarm water!
#2 Red Red Wine, baby!
If you consider wine to be good only for your heart, think again. Wine is nothing less than a magic potion for your skin. It makes your skin look younger and keeps it acne-free.
The antioxidant properties of wine help in getting the toxins out of the skin, making it radiant and youthful! It also repairs the skin cells and heals skin damage.
DIY Wine Face Mask:
To make a wine face mask, you need:
- 1 tbsp. Red wine
- 1 tsp. aloe vera gel
- 1-2 drops lavender oil
Mix aloe vera gel with wine and stir it well until you get a smooth mixture. Add a few drops of lavender oil to the mixture.
Apply it evenly on your face and neck. Keep it on your face for 10 minutes before rinsing it off to get a clear, radiant and younger-looking skin.
