Coconut Rose Scented Scrub
Relying on one of this country’s oldest beauty ingredients, rose petals and coconut oil, this scrub is an easy favourite.  Pour a few tablespoons of coconut oil into bowl. Once it has settled, add a tablespoon of rose petals and brown sugar (the more coarse the sugar, the better your scrub.) Finally, top this off with an equal amount of almond oil and allow the mixture to sit. This will allow the petals and sugar to soak in the oils. Just before you’re headed for a shower, stir the mixture thoroughly and use it as an exfoliator on damp skin.

Banana Body and Face Scrub
This easy-to-make fruit scrub has been sitting in front of you all this while and you didn’t even know!
Grab a few bananas, for each banana you use, add 3 tablespoons of brown sugar. Stir in half a tea spoon of almond oil and mix well to a paste. This delish tasting body and face scrub is better suited for dry skin since it helps retain moisture and keeps your skin well hydrated.

Spicy Orange Scrub
Fill three quarts of a cup with coarse salt and throw in two teaspoons of cloves (ground), a tablespoon of rose petals (dried), two teaspoons of grated orange zest and a cup and a half of sesame oil (til.) Mix well to a thick consistency. If you’re one to prefer stronger scents, add more spice. This body scrub smells rich thanks to the spice, and with flavours that appeal to all your senses, it makes for the perfect relaxant after a long day.

Rich Cocoa Exfoliator

Mix together a cup of brown sugar, half a cup of coconut oil and one third cup of almond oil along with two generous spoonsfuls of cocoa powder (unsweetened) in a large bowl till it gets a paste-like consistency.
This scrub smells as yummy as it sounds and can be used on damp skin as an exfoliator.
