More specifically, facial yoga.

01. For the eye area
Whether it's crow's feet or puffiness, eye bags or drooping eyes, we're just about one wrinkle away from botox. But there is another solution — one that doesn't involve you spending your entire paycheck on surgery. We're talking about The V — an anti-ageing procedure for the eyes. To prevent the problems mentioned above, start by pressing both middle fingers together at the inner corner of the eyebrows. With the index fingers, apply pressure to the outer corners of the eyebrows. Look to the ceiling, and lift the skin below the eyes upwards, and then relax. Repeat six more times and finish by squeezing your eyes shut tightly for 10 seconds. Easy!
02. For forehead wrinkles
There's no shortage of eyebrow-raising moments, but does being expressive really mean having to deal with a lifetime of forehead wrinkles? No, thank you. Spare the botox for another day, and instead, smooth out your forehead naturally. Start by placing both hands on the forehead facing inwards and spreading all of the fingers out between the eyebrows and hairline. Gently sweep the fingers outwards across the forehead, applying light pressure to tighten the skin, and repeat ten times every day.

If your droopy eyebrows are no match for an insta-Baddie, here's how to fix it using just facial yoga. Place an index finger under each eye, pointing towards the nose. Hide your teeth while forming an ‘o’ with your mouth, and flutter the upper eyelids while gazing at the ceiling for 30 seconds. Eyebrow lifts, who?
04. For the neck and the jawline
No one likes loose skin on the neck or the jawline, but thankfully, there's a quick facial yoga fix for it. While looking straight ahead, place the fingertips at the bottom of the neck and lightly stroke the skin downwards with the head tilted back. Then, bring the head back down to the chest and repeat twice more. Finally, jut the lower lip out as far as possible to pull the corners of the mouth down. Place your fingertips on the collarbone with the chin pointed upwards. Hold for four deep breaths. Repeat daily until you see results!
05. For the cheeks
Facelifts are great for fixing cheek lines and saggy skin, but you know what's even better? We'll give you a hint; it’s the thing we've been talking about all this while. Here's how you can use facial yoga to get the Bella Hadid-esque cheekbones of your dream. Start by making an 'o' shape with your mouth, and smile widely while keeping the teeth hidden. After repeating six times, hold the smile shape while placing one index finger on the chin. Then start to move the jaw up and down as the head tilts gently back. Relax and repeat twice more. And voilà!
