Step 01: Take uncooked whole oats and grind until it turns into fine, even powder
Step 02: Pour the oatmeal powder into a tub of running lukewarm water. Stir it well so that the powder gets distributed evenly
Step 03: Now, soak in the tub for about 20 minutes. You may also want to rub some of the oatmeal directly onto your skin
Step 04: After the bath, gently pat yourself dry
Step 05: Lastly, apply your regular hydrating moisturiser while your skin is still damp.
