When you allow the sweat to dry on your skin after a workout session, the salt can cause your pores to clog and cause pimples and other unwanted problems. Also salt, by nature, is a drying agent, so you don’t want it sitting on your skin after a workout. So what do you do? A good face wash post your gym session!

If you are a gym junkie and love a good sweat sesh, make sure you wash your face immediately after and prevent workout-related breakouts. And, keep these points in mind! Here are some ways to cleanse your face after workout.
