That girl is someone who wakes up at 5 in the morning, drinks lemon water, works out, makes a wholesome breakfast and reads before starting work! Phew, sounds tiring to even think about it but also damn aspirational. To be honest, we’ve all attempted to be THAT girl by gathering our spirits to cook healthy food everyday and say no to the food delivery apps while trying to find the best gyms around us and paying their yearly subscription for only ending up in a pile of fries with a subscription we use once a month when motivation strikes. But we say it's 2022! It’s high time we take care of ourselves and our body by becoming the best version of us. So here is a mini sneak peek into the life of THAT girl with a shower care routine that will leave you and your body feeling pampered, relaxed and shining from within!


01. Prep for shower

Prepping is an essential part of this shower routine as you need to bring your body and skin to an absolute state of relaxation. Head into your washroom and light a few scented candles to set them on a platform (please be wary to keep it away from any electrical/inflammable source).
