Don’t forget to change out of your sweaty clothes after your workout. when you exercise, your body tends to sweat and release toxins. These toxins get soaked into your clothes. If you don’t change your clothes, the pores on your body can get clogged, leading to body acne. Make sure to shower and change into clean clothes.
