Lymphatic massages, FTW

Massages are a great way to manually drain the puff from the affected area. This also helps provide an instant facelift and sculpting effect to your face. Here’s how to give yourself a lymphatic massage: Using a light hand, start from the centre of your face and move outwards towards your ears. Follow the same technique for the rest of your face, including the back of your neck, because that’s where the lymphatic nodes are.
Use a cool compress

In order to drain puffiness or reduce bloating, anything cold works really well. So, keep your sheet masks or under-eye pads in the refrigerator for about an hour before using it. If you have jade rollers, you could even place them in the fridge to increase their effectiveness.
Hydrate, hydrate, hydrate!

Had a zoom party last night and drank one too many glasses of qurantinis? Well, that could be the reason why your face looks so bloated in the morning. Combat this issue by drinking lots of water, all day long. Additionally, try to avoid excess sugar and salt in your diet as they are extremely inflammatory and cause puffiness.
Use skincare products that have anti-inflammatory ingredients

Look for under eye creams, moisturisers or serums that have anti-inflammatory and depuffing ingredients. Look for products that contain ingredients such as green tea, caffeine, rosemary or vitamin E. Remember to refrigerate these products as that helps supercharge them to show better results.
Sleep well and exercise regularly

One of the best ways to avoid puffiness and bloating is to get enough sleep. But, did you know that sleeping for more than seven to eight hours also leads to puffiness? Additionally, exercise for at least 30 minutes a day and drink enough water to keep bloating and puffiness at bay.
