
Red cabbage and orange juice
Benefits: A rich source of Vitamin C and potent stomach cleanser
Ingredients
- ½ small red cabbage
- 1 medium beetroot
- 1 carrot
- 1 medium cucumber
- 1 large orange
- 1/2 lime
- 2 inches of ginger
Directions
- Run all the ingredients through the juicer except citrus
- Squeeze orange and lime
- Mix ingredients and add ice if required

Mint Ginger Green Tea Lemonade
Benefits: Rich source of Vitamin C and packed with antioxidants
Ingredients
- 4 cups water
- 4 bags green tea
- 1/2 cup chopped fresh mint leaves-
- 1/3 cup chopped fresh ginger
- 1/3 cup fresh lemon juice
Directions
- Boil some water and add two green tea bags, mint and ginger and let it steep for half an hour
- Strain into a large pitcher and add lemon juice and water

Mixed fruit smoothie
Benefit: Goodness of all fruits, coconut water and spinach
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup plain coconut water
- 2 frozen ripe bananas, previously peeled and sliced
- 1 cup chopped pineapple
- 1 cup chopped mango
- 2 cups spinach or kale
- 1/2 avocado
Directions
- Blend all ingredients until smooth

Banana Almond flax smoothie
Benefits: Potassium, calcium, fibre and omega-3s.
Ingredients
- 5 mashed bananas
- 7 spoons almond powder
- Milk
Directions
- Blend all ingredients until smooth. Add milk as desired.

Chai Lassi
Benefits: Skin healing spices used in this drink help to get rid of acne
- 3 green cardamom pods, crushed
- 3 black peppercorns
- 3 cloves
- 1 whole allspice berry
- 1/2 tbsp grated ginger
- 1 cup water
Directions
- Simmer all the ingredients in a small pot for few minutes
- Cool and blend with maple syrup
