Green tea and rice flour scrub

You will need

1 green tea bag
1 cup of hot water
2 tablespoons of rice flour
1 tablespoon honey

Dip the green tea bag into the hot water and let it sit for 15 minutes. Throw away the tea bag and add the honey and rice flour to the green tea water and mix well into a paste.
Apply this on your face and let it stay for a quarter of an hour.
Scrub it in circular directions as you wash it off.

Since green tea is rich in antioxidants and has anti-bacterial properties, it helps to fight or fend off acne, while the rice four lightens skin and scars. Fruit and rice powder mask

You will need
2 tablespoons of rice powder
1 orange, peeled
½ an apple, chopped
2 tablespoons of yogurt

Blend the fruits, rice powder and yogurt and turn it into a paste.
Apply  it on your face and allow it to sit for about half an hour.
Wash it off with cold water and then rub an ice cube all over your skin.

Rice and lime water toner

You will need

½ cup rice
1 cup water
2 tablespoons of lime juice

Soak the rice in the water overnight. The next morning, strain the mixture and save the water.
Into the water, add the lime juice, stir and place the mixture in the refrigerator for an hour and use it as a toner whenever required.

Benefits

This super easy homemade toner works wonders for oily and acne prone skin. The rice powder is known to control the secretion of excess oil by closing pores and improving the skin tone. Lemon, when used on the skin in moderation, is known to be a skin brightening agent often used in most fairness masks.
