PS: All procedures should be done according to a specific timeline. Ideally, the right time to start these treatments is six months prior. A one-to-one skin consultation is very important and the treatments have to be individualised keeping in mind the time frame in hand, existing skin conditions and expectations.

PS: Your skincare regimen should include cleansing, toning, moisturising, use of sunscreen, exfoliation and a night regimen. Make sure to choose products for this according to your skin type.
Apart from this, eat a healthy balanced diet loaded with antioxidants. Hydrate well with at least 3 to 3.5 litres of water every day.
Also, make sure to get six to eight hours of uninterrupted sleep, use slices of cucumber or potato to deal with dark circles, and never forget to remove makeup before going to bed.
