2 types of food to include in your diet:
- High fibre foods are your saviour
- Zinc will fight the acne
- No fried foods
- Reduce intake of dairy products
High fibre foods are your saviour

Excess toxins in your body will lead to clogged pores. So, if you have spotted a pimple on your face, you probably need a detox. Including fibre rich foods in your diet will help flush out the toxins from your body.
Wholegrain oats with pears or oranges are a good breakfast option. Vegetables like broccoli, peas, sweetcorn, and beans are a great source of fibre and can be included in your salad or sandwich.
Zinc will fight the acne

Zinc is anti-bacterial and anti-inflammatory, so it fights acne producing bacteria and helps reduce inflammation. A deficiency of the mineral is also a common cause for acne.
Avocadoes with your breakfast or breakfast cereal is the best way to get the mineral. Oysters, chicken breast or red meat as a part of your lunch will boost up the zinc levels in your body. Avoid these 2 kinds of foods to keep the acne away.
2 types of food to exclude from your diet:
No fried foods

We understand that it’s a struggle keeping your hands away from those french fries and pakoras, but fried foods will upset your blood circulation. Also, these kinds of foods cause increased oil production which clogs your pores. But you can always pick baked foods over fried ones!
Stay away from those greasy things!
Reduce intake of dairy products

Milk contains certain hormones that lead to overproduction of oil in your body causing acne to break out. Milk also worsens inflammation because of its reaction to the hormones in the body. You can substitute cow milk with almond milk which is rich in vitamin E and protects your skin against damage.
Keep your intake of dairy products minimum, to keep acne at bay.
