Avocados and Bananas
Avocados and bananas are two fruits that are rich in nutrients and have highly moisturising properties. Take a ripe banana and smash it in a bowl along with an avocado. Mix well until you get an even thick paste. Apply this paste onto your heels and leave it to dry for about 15 minutes. Do not try to walk or move your legs during this time. Later, you can wash it off with warm water.
