How to make a chamomile oatmeal face mask
Here’s a step-by-step guide to prepare this face mask at home:
Step 1: First blend half a cup of oatmeal and one tablespoon of dried chamomile flowers until they turn into a fine powder.
Step 2: Mix the powder together and add just enough aloe gel to create a smooth, spreadable paste. Aloe too has calming properties.
Step 3: Add a couple of drops of lavender essential oil to the paste.
Step 4: Apply a thick layer of the mask onto cleansed skin, making sure you spread the mixture on your face and neck evenly.
