All you need is: ¼ of a cup of flour

2 tablespoons of natural, unsweetened cocoa powder

A pinch of salt

¼ of a cup of water

2 tablespoons of vegetable oil (try not to use extra virgin olive oil, since it has a strong taste)

2 drops of vanilla extract

Mix up the flour, sugar, cocoa and salt to break up any clumps.

Now add in the oil, water and vanilla extract and mix well until the mixture is smooth. Pour the mixture into a microwave safe ceramic mug. Place the mug in a microwave and crank the heat on high until the mixture is cooked through. Start off with 60 seconds and increase until the brownie is done. Once it’s done cooking it should be moist.
