Here’s a wonderfully tasty recipe that we got when we were in Bangkok, staying at The Peninsula hotel for the weekend. It’s easy to make, healthy and delicious.

Ingredients (adjust according to taste and preference in consistency)

  • Milk: 2 cups
  • Rolled Oats: 2 cups
  • Yoghurt: 1 ½ cup
  • 1-2 tablespoons Honey
  • Raisins
  • Almond slices
  • Green apple, thinly sliced (can add Bananas, Berries)
Preparation

  • Mix the milk, honey and yoghurt.
  • in a bowl, add the rolled oats, raisins, almond slices and apples (with or without the skin)
  • Add the milk, honey and yoghurt to the bowl.
  • Keep overnight in the fridge

Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. And now you have no excuse to miss it.
