Ingredients (adjust according to taste and preference in consistency)
- Milk: 2 cups
- Rolled Oats: 2 cups
- Yoghurt: 1 ½ cup
- 1-2 tablespoons Honey
- Almond slices
- Green apple, thinly sliced (can add Bananas, Berries)
- Mix the milk, honey and yoghurt.
- in a bowl, add the rolled oats, raisins, almond slices and apples (with or without the skin)
- Add the milk, honey and yoghurt to the bowl.
- Keep overnight in the fridge
