Moreover, constantly sitting in air conditioning can make the air rather dry leading to an itchy and dry feeling in the eyes. Cucumber

When your eyes are dry and irritated, it also means they need something that cools them down. This is when a cucumber will come to your rescue since it will not only stimulate moisture but also relieve your tired, irritated eyes. Just cut two slices of cucumber and cool it in the fridge. Post this, place one slice each on your eyes and leave it for about 10 minutes.

You may not be aware but the antioxidant properties in tea help in treating dry eyes because it provides hydration to your eyes. All you have to do is take a cup of hot water and soak 3 tea bags in it for a couple of minutes. Drop two cotton balls in the tea and let them soak. Post this, put the cotton balls over each eyelid and leave it there for 5 minutes. Your eyes will feel relaxed as ever.
