Yoga is the total integration of the mind, body and soul. One of the biggest reasons why I practice yoga is because it gives me immense peace of mind. I feel extremely positive and energised after I’m done with my yoga session. I’ve noticed how it has increased my concentration levels at work too!

Shivani Shetty

I’m celebrating this day because yoga makes me feel really fresh. It gives a glow to my face. It’s raining so heavily right now but I don’t mind it at all because this is so much fun. It’s my first experience of doing yoga with so many people in the rain.
