1 Litre of water
Aloe Vera gel from 2 leaves
2 lemons or 1 Grapefruit
To prepare a fresh aloe drink, slice aloe leaf into two and scoop out the Aloe gel. Mix it with a cup of water and throw in some slices of lemon or grapefruit in a bottle. Sip the water through the day.
Apple and cinnamon detox water for weight loss

1 Sliced lime
1 Sliced cucumber
1 tbsp of freshly chopped ginger and mint leaves
