Strawberry banana smoothie

If you’re new to smoothies and don’t want to experiment much, this recipe is the one for you to get started with. The ingredients for this smoothie are easy to find at home and the recipe as a whole is completely fuss-free. Add together 1 cup non-flavoured yoghurt, 6 frozen strawberries and 1sliced banana.
Banana ginger smoothie

Ginger in a smoothie? That’s the same reaction we too had before we gave it a try! Trust us, this is one of the most underrated smoothie combinations that there are out there. Add together 1 sliced banana, 3/4th cup vanilla yoghurt, 1 tablespoon honey and ½ teaspoon freshly grated ginger. Blend it all together and you’re good to go. This recipe is particularly known for soothing digestion, treating heartburns and aiding stomach problems.
Pineapple passion smoothie

This one’s for all the pineapple lovers out there. This smoothie will give you the illusion of having an ice-cream and you won’t even feel guilty about it. Blend together 1 cup vanilla yogurt, 1 cup pineapple chunks and crushed ice. A smoothie and dessert in one!
Yogurt pistachio smoothie

A twist to the classic Indian lassi, this smoothie is as filling as it is delicious. Mix together 2 cups non-flavoured yogurt, ½ cup water, ½ cup salted pistachios and sugar as per your taste. Blend together and voila, your lassi on the go is ready!
Almond and strawberry oats smoothie

This smoothie is one heck of an all-in-one breakfast meal. Adding oats makes it rather filling. Blend together 1/4th cup rolled oats, 3 almonds, a couple of strawberries. You can choose to add either milk or almond milk and a teaspoon of maple syrup or honey for sweetness.
