Beetroot is high on Vitamin C that is effective in reducing pigmentation and blemishes. It also helps even out the skin tone. It also moisturises the skin, keeping it soft and supple.
Method: Take one beetroot with two spoons of curd. You can also add almond oil to this mixture. Apply this mixture to your face or body and massage it in. Keep it on for 15-20 minutes and wash off with water.
