Take the yoga route
Turns out yoga not just benefits the mind but also your hair. One simple pose that can enhance blood circulation to your scalp is Uttanasana or the forward bending pose. To do this stand straight with your legs close to each other. Inhale deeply. Now exhale and lift up your hands and bend forward till your hands touch the floor. Stay in this position for a few breaths and come back up. Repeat 5 times every day.
