Rich in monosaturated, saturated and polyunsaturated fats, mustard oil makes an excellent natural conditioner that adds shine, softness and smoothness to each hair strand. Add a teaspoon of almond oil to your bowl of mustard oil, warm it in the microwave for 10 seconds and apply it to your roots and work your way through the ends. Leave on for at least 30 minutes before washing off.
Prevents hair loss
Hair needs proteins to stay strong and healthy, mustard oil has tons of it. If hair loss is a concern that you still haven’t found a solution to, you need to give this oil a chance. Massage your scalp regularly with mustard oil and watch how it works its magic to prevent hair shedding.

Mustard oil has antibacterial and antifungal properties that help fight dandruff and other scalp infections to give you healthy and clean scalp.
