Avoid hair dye and hair colours
Hair colour and dyes contain chemicals like ammonia and peroxide. They prevent breakage and make your hair strong so no amount of pollution and sun damage can come in the way of you getting healthy hair. So if you’re going through a hair detox, it’s necessary to beat some egg yolk, add some honey to it and apply it to your scalp and hair. Leave this on for an hour and then wash off. Doing this once a week will help your hair quality get better.
