How to create beach waves while working out

When you want to style your hair, the first tool you reach for is your straightener because it’s the easiest thing to do, isn’t it?  It’s only when you try to achieve curls and beach waves that the real struggle begins. But you know achieving the ‘I woke up like this’ beach waves is not as difficult as it seems. Yes, you guessed it right; we have found another technique that will give you the perfect beach waves that too while you’re busy working out!

We know you spend your mornings in the gym, which leaves you with no time to try a hair look. But what if we told you you could work on that hairstyle even while you’re exercising? Don’t be confused; we will tell you how to do it.

On a day when you don’t plan to wash your hair after your workout, use the technique below to get beach waves easily.

Step 01: Before heading out for a sweat sesh, spritz some hair texturizing spray all over your hair.

Step 02: Depending on the volume of your hair, create a single or double French braid.

Step 03: Ensure that it is tight enough to stay in place throughout your workout, and secure with hair ties.

Step 04: Go to the gym and workout as usual.

Step 05: Once you are home and all cleaned up, open your braid and allow your hair to fall naturally. And there you have it; the perfect beach waves without any heat-styling tool!

You can also leave your braid on overnight to get those perfect waves in the morning.
