How to use flaxseed for healthy, lustrous hair

You will need:

  • ¼ cup flax seed
  • 1 cup of water
  • Lavender essential oil
  • Bowl

Step 01: In a bowl, add the flaxseeds and a cup of water and let it soak overnight or about 7 hours

Ste 02: Next morning, heat the mixture in a saucepan until it thickens further and strain the liquid in a bowl

Step 03: Add a few drops of lavender essential oil for a subtle fragrance
