Here are some super quick and easy banana masks to restore your damaged and dry tresses. 
 
With Coconut milk

Blend 2 ripe bananas with half a cup of fresh coconut milk. You can add a few drops of honey to smoothen the paste. Apply it on semi wet hair and massage gently with your fingers. Keep for 30 minutes and wash off with a mild shampoo. 

 

With Honey

Mash two ripe bananas with a fork and add 2 tablespoons of honey. Mix well till there are no lumps and apply to slightly wet hair. Keep it for around 30 minutes and wash after. 

 

With Papaya

Take 1 ripe banana and 4-5 pieces of papaya. Blend together with 2 teaspoons of honey. Once the texture is like that of a smoothie, apply it all over your hair and let it sit with a shower cap. Wash the hair with warm water after keeping it for 45 minutes.

Apart from retaining moisture and nourishment, this mask also helps get rid of dandruff. Take a bowl and add 4 tablespoons of unflavored fresh curd, mix in one ripe banana and 2 teaspoons of honey. Blend together until it’s a smooth paste. Apply the mask right from the roots to the ends of your hair and let it sit for approximately 30 minutes. Wash off with a mild shampoo.

This masks works brilliantly to protect damaged hair and also help control frizz. Mash a ripe banana with 2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil. Apply the mixture using a brush to the hair and cover it with a shower cap. Let it stay for 20 minutes and then wash it off with a shampoo.
