Each summer, a few hairstyles become our go-to because, let’s be honest, you can’t let your hair loose during this hot and humid weather. Top knots, braids and high ponytails are the only way to survive Indian summers. However, these hairstyles don’t have to be the same everyday ponytail or classic three-strand braid; after all, you don’t want to be sporting a hairstyle that won’t compliment your cute summer outfits.
That’s why learning a few quick and easy hairstyles are necessary. Let’s start with this pull-through braid, which is quickly becoming a summer favourite. Here’s how to ace it in a few easy steps.

Step 01: Take a small section of hair from the top and secure it with a hair tie.
Step 02: Clip it away, so it doesn’t get in the way. Then, gather another section of hair right below the first one and secure it with another hair tie. You will now have two ponytails stacked, one below the other.
Step 03: Remove the clip from the first section and split the ponytail into two sections. Pull the second ponytail through it and secure it with a hair tie underneath.
Step 04: Keep taking sections of hair, splitting them into two and repeating the same steps until you reach the ends.
Step 05: Once you reach the end, you can either leave the tail as is or wrap it into a tiny bun. Step 06: Gently tug on the section to make your pull-through braid look fuller and voluminous.
