One of the easiest ways to give your immunity system a boost is by consuming turmeric tea every day. The benefits of turmeric are plenty; it contains a compound called curcumin, which strengthens the immune system. To prepare turmeric tea, take four cups of water and add one to two tablespoons of raw grated turmeric. Allow it to boil for 15-20 minutes, and consume while it's still a little hot with a dash of lemon and honey.
Ginger and ACV drink
Apple cider vinegar contains healthy bacteria and prebiotics that boosts immunity. Ginger, on the other hand, includes sesquiterpenes that protect the body against the cold virus. To make this drink, boil a cup of water, add a small piece of peeled and grated ginger, and let it sit for five minutes. Ginger beetroot juice

To make this smoothie, add peeled and cleaned orange, a cup of berries of your choice (strawberry, blueberry, raspberry) and half a cup of plain yoghurt in a blender. Carrot and orange juice
Oranges are rich in vitamin C, which is an antioxidant powerhouse. It protects the cells in your body from external damage.
