Get These Sultry Smokey Eyes Using Just One Product! Yes, You Read That Right!

A smouldering black smokey eye has been the go-to look for celebs since we can remember and it is safe to say it is not going anywhere anytime soon. Sure, you have new eye makeup trends like pastel smokey eyes, colourful eye makeup and burgundy lids floating in the beauty circle, but nothing beats a mod black smoke around eyes when you want to go straight for the kill.

From runways to red carpet, black hazed eye are always a hit. If you’ve been wondering how to get the smouldering black eyes yourself, we have something to help you master the art. Added bonus? It will just need one makeup product.

That’s right. You don’t need a truck load of eye makeup products to achieve the celebs’ most loved eye makeup look. Just get hold of your precious black kajal and follow these steps to get the smokey eye using just this one product (and some serious smudging skills)...

Step 1: Moisturise your upper lids and use a primer to make sure makeup lasts and the eyeshadow doesn’t crease.

Step 2: Once you have moisturised your lids, take the Lakmé Absolute Kohl Ultimate Kajal – Black and line your upper and lower lids with it. If you want a winged smokey eye, sport a winged flick.

Step 3: Next, take an angled eyeshadow brush and smudge the kajal carefully over the entire upper lid till the crease. Start from the outer edge and work your way inwards.

Step 4: Using the same angled brush smear the kajal on the lower lid so that it covers the lower lash line.

Step 5: Line your eyes once again with the kajal for a defined look.

Step 6: Finish the look with lots of mascara.
