Here are some of our favourite Ganesh Chaturthi looks, courtesy Bollywood divas…
Kareena Kapoor Khan
Queen Khan never fails to impress! Kareena looked her splendid self for Ganesh Chaturthi this year, in a beautiful yellow brocade sharara set by Raw Mango with a gorgeous bright pink dupatta. She completed the look with chunky gold earrings and an embroidered batwa.
Katrina & Isabelle Kaif looked super glamorous in their red ensembles. Katrina chose a simple yet classy kurta with embroidery on the shoulders and loose dhoti pants to go with, while Isabelle took it a notch higher in a long maxi kurta/dress paired with a sheer overcoat.
Karisma Kapoor gave us total retro vibes in a short kurta with sleek embroidered cigarette pants. The beautiful white embroidery and scallop detailing on the sleeves made it a perfect choice for this festive season.
P.S Don’t forget those pretty juttis and metallic jhumkas!
Sanya Malhotra looked lovely in her olive green kurta and skirt ensemble. While the skirt was simple and understated, she compensated for it with the gold and black printed kurta. She finished her look with a lovely choker and a chucky ring to complete the look!
Malaika opted for a mint green and dull gold sharara with peach detailing. She gave her outfit a cool twist by picking antique black silver jewellery rather than the traditional gold. We simply love her tribal clutch!
This Bollywood newbie also opted for a sharara in red with gold work all over. The signature fit and flare sharara made her stand out from the rest of the celebs. She let her outfit do the talking by keeping the accessories and makeup minimal.
Athiya looked super elegant in a faded mint green anarkali. The kurta had some beautiful embroidery that resembled a forest landscape. Gold and pearl chandbalis with nude stilettoes to complete the look.
