Ingredients

-      ½ cup rolled oats

-      1 tablespoon chia seeds

-      2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder

-      1 teaspoon cinnamon powder

-      1 tablespoon honey

-      3 tablespoons yoghurt

-      ¾ cup milk

-      1 pinch of salt

Toppings

-      1 tablespoon chocolate chips or nibs

-      2 tablespoons sliced almonds

Method

Add all the ingredients in an airtight container and shake it thoroughly. Store it in the fridge overnight and open it at breakfast time. Stir through the mixture, add the toppings and serve it either hot or cold.

-      3/4 tablespoons chia seeds

-      1/2 cup rolled oats

-      Sliced strawberries

Method

In a jar, add milk, honey, chia seeds and peanut butter. Follow this by adding in the oats and pressing them down to mix them thoroughly. Add on the lid and keep it overnight in the refrigerator. Next morning, top it with strawberries and eat up.
