What you need: 2 bunches of spinach, 1 apple cut into pieces, 1 cup milk or water, 1 tablespoon chia seeds and 1 tablespoon lemon juice.
Preparation: Add all these ingredients to a blender. Process until it’s smooth. Serve fresh and save some in the fridge for another helping later!
