Run with friends

So once you start running regularly, purchase that pair of trainers you’ve been eyeing or buy that really good looking, albeit expensive sports bra that you thought you’d never have use for.

While running, think of the finish line—your final destination that’ll make you feel proud. Think about how your skin will feel post this workout, which is one of the biggest benefits of running. Imagine you inching towards your dream body and think about all the compliments you will get when you feed your activity on social media. Such an ego boost!
