THREE FUN WAYS TO HAVE GREEN TEA
There’s no debate that green tea is in high demand and therefore one of the choicest beverages today. Boring stuff aside, there’s also a super fun way to get your daily dose of health. Here’s how…

Green tea and basil popsicles

Green tea mojito

¼ cup of freshly squeezed lemon juice
1 ½ cup of boiled water
1 tea bag of Lipton Green Tea
10 basil leaves
Honey as required

Squeeze the lemon juice into a cup and add the torn basil leaves to the mixture.
Alongside, dip the Lipton green tea bag into a cup and a half of water and let it sit.
Add just enough tea to cover the basil leaves and begin crushing them for the flavour to seep out.
Add the rest of the tea and let the mixture steep for 15 minutes.
Finally, add three tablespoons of honey and stir. Strain to pour it into popsicle moulds, freeze for a few hours and serve!

Mango and green tea smoothie

½ cup of boiled water
1 tea bag of Lipton Green Tea
½ cup yogurt
1 cup mango (cut into squares)
A few ice cubes

Dip the Lipton green tea bag into half a cup of water and let it brew for three to five minutes.
Get rid of the tea bag and allow the tea to cool.
Once it’s done, add the brewed tea, yogurt, freshly cut mango and a few ice cubes to a blender.
Blend until your smoothie reaches a thick consistency.
Serve in a tall glass with pieces of fresh mango as a garnish.
