Apart from getting your system up and unctioning in no time, a twenty minute run will also facilitate blood circulation and make your skin glow!
KEEP DRY FRUITS FOR ENERGY
It’s a week full of activities and the fatigue will catch up with you sooner or later. The best way to beat it? Popping some dry fruits in your bag to munch on while on the go, think almonds, raisins, dry figs and pistachios.
GET YOUR BEAUTY SLEEP
Standing for too long in heels, being on your toes the rest of the time and sitting on benches without back rests can take a serious toll! So when you’re done for the day, head straight home for the much-needed beauty sleep because you don’t want to end up with dark circles and eye bags the next day!
