We look to fashion weeks to predict what makeup and hair trends to look forward to in the upcoming seasons. Day 4 of the Lakmé Fashion Week did not disappoint in terms of serving up some major pointers to what trends and techniques you need to master for Spring/Summer 2019.

Matching the palette of colours and the mood of the collections, the makeup was also kept clean and dewy. Sleek hair, silver eyeliner and gloss on the highest point of the cheekbones was all it took to create a charming ensemble.

The collections were Earthy hued with a lot of bricks and khaki colours and the makeup was kept neutral save for the orange eyeshadow which offset the neutral tones of the rest of the makeup.

The sporty attire made from recycled materials was complemented with gym-worthy makeup. Clean, fresh skin with a hint of sheen and a lip balm was all that was needed to seal the deal!

6DEGREE presents Magnoliaa by Vaani Ragupathy and Manoj Agarrwal
The pastel colour palette of both the collections was coupled with winged liner and retro curls with chunky glitter on the lips. To get similar looking lips, apply a liquid lipstick and dab glitter on it before it dries.

The collections by Nikhil Thampi and Anushree Reddy
The orange and brick and shimmery silvers of Nikhil Thampi Label and the opulent hues of the Anushree Reddy collection was perfectly coupled with coppery orange glittery eye lids and muted peach lips.
