Dropping your favourite expensive makeup product can be quite a bummer. That earth-shattering feeling of grief you experience each time you have to say goodbye to that amazing highlighter, big eye shadow palette or the right shade of compact. What if we told you, bidding farewell to broken powder makeup is a thing of the past? Whether your makeup has crumbled into a million pieces or has a few cracks, here’s how to fix them in three easy steps.

Step 1: Break it further more

Step 1: Break it further more

Take a toothpick and break the powder makeup even more. Keep breaking it until you don’t see any lumps, for this you can even use a cotton swab. Then, spread it evenly in the pan that it originally came in.

Step 2: Flatten it

Step 2: Flatten it

Now take a makeup wipe and place it on top of the makeup product you’ve spread. Make sure that your hands are clean and dry, you don’t want to transfer any bacteria onto it. Press down the makeup wipe with your fingers to flatten it and get its original shape back. Lift to see where you need to apply more pressure to make it look even.

Step 3: Clean the edges

Step 3: Clean the edges

Clean the edges with a Q-tip or a makeup wipe for a clean look. This fixing won’t bring back the design that was imprinted on it but your product will definitely be back from the dead.
