Baking soda: Baking soda is an alkaline substance and does not disturb the pH levels of your skin. Instead, it soothes your skin. Baking soda is often used as an exfoliating agent to remove superficial dead skin cells build-up. This is the reason it gives your underarms a brightening effect.
Lemon juice: The vitamin C in lemon juice acts as an amazing brightening agent and lightens dark underarms. It effectively exfoliates the skin, helping it get rid of dead skin cells, thereby making it look even toned.
