Ideally, your body needs eight hours of sleep to rejuvenate and repair your skin naturally. If you can’t reach the ideal number, aim for at least six hours. Quick power naps or a those lazy weekend siestas also help. Proper sleep keeps your weight from fluctuating, keeps the dark circles at bay and ensures that you’re mentally alert.

Water is the best thing for your skin as it flushes toxins and keeps your skin hydrated. Aim for at least eight glasses of water a day. We highly recommend starting your day with a glass of warm water and lemon. Sipping on green tea helps too.
