Strawberries are one of those summer fruits that we wait for all year. The heavenly ingredient is full of flavour and health. It is rich in Vitamin C which helps brighten up your skin, fights excess oil and gives your skin a healthy glow. It is known to lighten acne scars and blemishes as well.
In a blender, put frozen strawberries, some raspberries and one ripe banana. Add coconut milk and honey and some almonds to it and puree until completely smooth. Pour into a bowl and add toppings of your choice. You can have this bowl as your evening snack as well.
Bowl-ed over mango
Make the most of the mango season by making this super delicious mango smoothie bowl. A ripe mango is full of beta-carotene, magnesium, potassium, copper and Vitamins A, C and E. It is rich in antioxidants and helps reduce ageing signs, acne, rosacea and keeps skin hydrated.
