Right from making your peepers look wide awake to hiding those stubborn blemishes and under-eye circles, there’s so much you can do with the help of makeup. We’ve all used makeup to either hide a few flaws or to enhance our best features. However, today we are going to show you how to fake a face-lift using makeup.

While using anti-ageing skincare products after 25 is non-debatable, you can take years off your face and give it a lift just by using a few products from your vanity. Don’t believe us? Well, scroll down to learn how to do that and see the difference for yourself.

Here’s how to fake a face-lift using makeup: Step-by-step guide

Step 01: Ace your base by applying a lightweight moisturiser first. Well-hydrated skin will ensure your foundation doesn’t look cakey. Follow it up with a small amount of mattifying primer and foundation, blend it well.

Step 02: Now that your base is ready, pick a highlighter and dust it above your cheekbones, under the brow bone and the bridge of your nose.

Step 03: It’s time to sculpt your face using a bronzer. Begin by making a fish face, then sweep the bronzer into the hollows of your cheeks, blending well. Avoid going all the way up to the hairline.

Step 04: To fake that facelift, dip your brush again in the bronzer powder and blend it along the underside of your jaw. This will also make your double chin less visible.

Step 05: Brush some blush on the apples of your cheeks for a healthy and natural flush of colour.

Step 06: Lastly, hold the mascara wand diagonally and brush through the lashes. This will open up your lashes and give you a quick eye lift too!
