As a makeup enthusiast, you would know the importance of perfectly shaped and filled brows - they add definition to the face. Some women are blessed with naturally thick and bushy brows while others are not so lucky.
Thankfully, faking bushy brows is not difficult. All you need is a few tools and a step-by-step guide to getting natural-looking, fuller brows. So if you’ve always envied women with bushy brows, read on!
You will need:
- Brow pencil
- Angled brush
- Bar of soap
Step 01: Grab your favourite brow pencil and start by filling in the sparse areas. We used the Lakme Absolute Precision Eye Artist Eyebrow Pencil for this. Use flicking motions to get the most realistic-looking brows. Avoid drawing a very sharp arch.
Step 02: Splash some water on the soap bar to make it wet. Pick a gentle soap such as the Dove Cream Beauty Bathing Bar to avoid irritation. Take a spoolie and lightly scrape the top of the soap.
Step 03: The soap doubles up as a brow gel to keep the eyebrow hair in place. Start brushing your hair in an upward and outward motion. The spoolie will ensure there are no product clumps and your brows look as natural as possible.
Step 04: Once you’ve aced the shape, use the tip of your fingers to press down on the brows and set it in place.
Step 05: Now take your concealer and apply along the base of the brow using an angled brush. This will hide mistakes (if any) and enhance the shape of the brow, making it look neater and defined.
