How to prevent makeup from smudging under sunglasses

Sunglasses are a statement accessory and instantly level up any outfit! But thanks to high levels of humidity and sebaceous glands working overtime, your T-zone gets super oily, causing makeup to transfer onto the sunglasses. After a couple of hours, you’ll be left with little to no makeup on the nose. Frustrating, isn’t it? But fret not; we’re here to your rescue.

We came across this viral hack that can sunglass-proof your makeup and take only five minutes. Sounds exciting? Scroll down for a step-by-step guide.

Step 01: Start by applying the Lakmé Absolute Undercover Gel Primer all over your face. Next, take an eye primer and layer it on the nose area.

Step 02: Next, apply a layer of concealer on your nose. Focus on the area where the nose pads of the sunglasses will sit. Then, apply a matte foundation like the Lakmé Absolute Mattereal Mousse all over your face.

Step 03: The third step is where the magic lies. Dampen your beauty blender using a setting spray and sprinkle some loose setting powder over it. Then, using the blender, pat (don’t rub) the powder over the nose area. For best results, use a mineral formula like the Lakmé 9 to 5 Naturale Finishing Powder. Let the wet powder ‘bake’ on your nose for a couple of minutes, and then wipe off the excess with a fluffy brush to set the makeup in. And voila, you are done!
