Painting your nails with glitter polish is so much fun; a golden one looks so stunning with a festive or party outfit. But when it comes to removing this stubborn thing, it feels like painting your nails with glitter polish was the worst decision ever. What if we told you there’s a simple, quick and easy way to get rid of it? If you have an upcoming event where you want to sport disco nails just for one evening go ahead and do it, but use this hack later.
All it requires is craft glue, yes you read it right, glue! Do you remember the satisfaction of peeling dried glue off your hands as a kid? Well allow us to take you on a nostalgic trip with this hack.
You will need:
- Glitter nail polish
- Craft glue
Step 1: Clean your hands and nails, get rid of any old polish that may have been sitting on your nails.
Step 2: Using an eyeshadow brush paint glue on your nails and allow it to dry for two to three minutes.
Step 3: Apply your glitter nail polish as you normally would. Put on as many layers as you desire.
Step 4: Once it dries off, go about your day as usual. Go to that party or event, you’ll be surprised just how well the polish holds up.
Step 5: Once you’re done for the day and ready to go to bed, simply peel off the polish. Start from the side or base, lift and remove! No acetone or nail polish remover required!
This saves your time as well as protects your nails from the harshness of glitter polish and acetone.
