Thanks to the likes of Deepika Padukone and Aditi Rao Hydari, we are obsessed with defined, dark and dramatic brows. So much so that we stocked up our beauty drawers with brow pencils, brushes and tiny brow gel jars.
While a brow pencil is still easy to work with, brow gels can be a bit tricky to work, but boy does it give you red carpet-worthy brows! If you have an eyebrow gel lying around and have no clue how to use it, fret not, we’ll help you out.
Let us give you a 101 on how to use a brow gel to get defined, fuller and natural-looking brows. Take a look at the step-by-step tutorial to get stunning, show-stopping brows with a brow gel.
- Eyebrow gel
- Spoolie brush
- Angled brow brush
Step 01: Use a spoolie brush to brush your brows and get a fair idea of the shape you’re going to trace
Step 02: Next, take a small amount of your brow gel on your brow brush and start by applying a thin stroke of the product on the bottom edge of your brows to outline it
Step 03: Now, take a clean spoolie brush and brush your brows upwards and outwards to distribute the product evenly
Step 04: Take the angled brow brush and use the brow gel to outline the upper edge of your brows this time. Also, make a sharp arch and define the tail
Step 05: Add the finishing touch by filling in any gaps in the brows. Take some concealer on an angled brush and blend around the brows to make your brows look defined and dark.
