Beauty blogging is hip, it's happening; and while celebrities set trends, bloggers are the ones to look up to for how to wear, style and ultimately take those trends to the streets! Here’s one such blogger who not only is a pro at creating breath-taking makeup looks for her fans and followers, but is also experimental in her own way. Aanam Chashmawala is a beauty blogger and YouTuber who's got something for everyone in her beauty lookbook.

Here’s taking a moment to appreciate five of Aanam’s most experimental eye makeup looks. They are lit AF!

Yellow inner corner

Aanam shows you how to use yellow eyeshadow without looking OTT! Pick a dark brown eyeshadow and place it on your upper eyelid, making sure you don't go beyond the crease. Add a thin stroke of eyeliner, extend it a little for some extra drama. And finally, go in with yellow shadow just to highlight the inner corner of your eyes.

Grape soda

Aanam is never one to shy away from experimenting with vibrant hues, and she is also fearless when it comes to chasing trends. The grape soda eye trend that is currently creating a storm in the beauty world got Aanam to give it a shot too. We love the stroke of thin eyeliner placed a little above her upper lash line!

“Flagging” off new trends

On the occasion of Independence Day, she painted the Indian flag colours on her eyes, and boy did she pull it off like it's no big deal! She used green on her lids, added some orange beyond the crease and white to highlight the inner corners. Yay or Slay?!

Colour play

This multi-colored shadow play is certainly not something that can be achieved in one go. We love the use of blue, purple and pink shades layered with so much precision to create one single look.

Sunset makeup

Aanam nails this Pinterest-inspired eye makeup trend. Using sunset colours—yellow and orange—to create a beautiful palette on her lids, she makes it look almost easy to achieve. The clean work and the seamless transition of colours is something we cannot appreciate enough!
