Beauty trends are fickle. But one trend that has stood the test of time is thick, bushy brows. Apart from defining your face, brows can literally change your whole appearance. If you’ve committed the crime of overplucking your brows and are left with thin or sparse eyebrows, fret not.

We have a few tricks up our sleeves that can help you fake bushy brows in a jiffy. The best part? It requires a very basic household item — a bar of soap. Read on to find out how to use this bathroom essential to achieve the brows of your dreams.

You will need:

You will need:

A clean spoolie

A bar of clear soap such as the Pears Pure and Gentle soap

Stiff angled brush

Brow Pomade

Concealer

How to:

Step 01: Ensure that your spoolie is completely clean before you begin. Wet the spoolie a little and rub it against the bar of soap. A clear soap such as the Pears Pure & Gentle Soap works really well for this hack.

Step 02: Brush your eyebrow hair upwards using the soapy spoolie. This will give the eyebrows a bushy appearance. The soap will cling to individual hair and make it look thicker

Step 03: Take a brow pomade on a stiff, angled brush and create hair-like strokes in sparse areas

Step 04: Be careful to not overfill your brows as this will look unnatural. Comb through your brows using the spoolie in brush strokes for a natural finish.
