Green tea bags are one of the best therapies for your eyes. They soothe your eyes and release the muscle tension around your eyes without any hassle and mess. Just place two chilled, moist green tea bags on your eyes for 15-20 minutes. Do not fidget around, just sit back and chill. The natural soothing properties of these organic herbal teas will help bring puffy eyes back to their original size.
#2 Cucumber
Puffy or not, placing cucumber on your eyes is a great way to refresh yourself. Cucumber not only calms your muscles and gives you a fresh feeling, but also hydrates your skin. The calming and anti-inflammatory properties of cucumber make it one of the most trusted option to reduce the puffiness of your eyes. All you gotta do it cut two slices of freshly cut chilled cucumber and place them for 20-25 minutes on your eyelids.
