Get the position right by going out into the sun
Step out into the sun and see where the sunlight touches your face. This will usually be in the upper half of our face, over your nose and around the mouth. Use different colours and sizes of dots
Naturally occurring freckles come in different colours and appear randomly on your face. So make sure you are using different shades of brown eyeliner and go over with them in a random pattern on your face. Play with sizes of the dots as well. You also need to decide on the density of the dots, whether you want dense freckles collected in one area or spaced out over your face.
